摘　　要：在对食品冷冻干燥过程及其数学模型文献深入研究的基础上，建立了纯辐射加热条件下传热、传质的偏微分数学模型，并对模型的求解及应用进行了讨论。Based on studying of the documents about freeze-drying process and freeze-drying mathematical model,it is founded that a partial differential mathematical model of heat and mass transfer in the condition of entire radiation heating, and the application and solution of the models is also discussed.
