摘  要:将传统半挂车空气悬架的机械式旋转滑阀和高度阀分别用高度传感器和电磁阀代替,设计了半挂车用电子控制空气悬架。分析了电控空气悬架高度切换时管路元件(含电磁阀)气体流动性过程,橡胶气囊内气体热力学过程和簧载质量动力学过程,建立了车身高度调节的非线性模型。针对高度调节过程中出现的超调和振荡现象,设计了模糊算法/PWM控制器并进行了仿真模拟。结果表明,该控制策略是可行的,有效提高了高度切换准确性及电控悬架系统的稳定性。Electrically controlled air suspension for semi-trailer used a height sensor and solenoid valve instead of mechanical rotary slide valve and height valve in traditional air suspension.A nonlinear model of body height modulation was derived by analyze the performance of the gas flowing in pipeline components,thermodynamic process of rubber balloon gas and the vehicle dynamics.The problems of over-modulation and oscillation were investigated during height control,and a Fuzzy/PWM height controller was designed and simulated.The results demonstrated the control strategy improved the accuracy of height switchover and system stability effectively.
