摘  要:目的:探讨罗伊(Roy)适应模式在临床护理带教中的作用.方法:分析护生存在的适应问题:生理方面的适应问题、自我概念方面的适应问题、角色功能方面的适应问题、相互依赖方面的适应问题,针对这些适应问题,从四方面采取了干预措施:以人为本,关怀护生 做好岗前培训,巩固护生的专业思想 选择优秀的带教老师,改变传统的带教方式 采用多种途径,加强护生法律意识的培养.结果:通过以上干预措施,提高了护生的有效适应反应,提高了临床实习效果.结论:罗伊适应模式比较容易理解和掌握,对临床护理带教工作有较强的指导意义.Objective:Discusses Luo the Iraqi (Roy) adaptation pattern in the clinical nursing guidance and teaching function. Methods: The analysis protects the survival in adaptation question:The physiological aspect adaptation question, the self--concept aspect adaptation question, the role function aspect adaptation question,the interdependent aspect adaptation question,in view of these adaptation question, has taken the intervention measure from four aspects: Humanist, the concern protects lives;Completes in front of the hillock to train, protects the fresh specialized thought consolidated;Chooses outstanding guidance and teach- ing teacher, the change tradition guidance and teaching way;Uses many kinds of ways, the enhancement protects lives the legal consdousness the raise. Results: Through above intervention measure,enhanced has protected the fresh effective adaptation response, enhanced the clinical practice effect. Conclusion: The Luo Iraq adaptation pattern quite is easy to understand and grasping, has the strong guiding sense to the clinical nursing guidance and teaching work.
