摘　　要：中庸之道蕴涵的人生哲理博大精深,在企业劳动关系处理中具有很强的借鉴意义。把中庸之道应用到现代企业劳动关系管理中,符合当今中国企业发展的潮流。企业要在当前激烈的竞争环境中谋求生存和发展,最大限度的避免劳资纠纷,必须在实践中将中庸之道与现代企业劳动关系管理思想融会贯通。Golden mean implies profound philosophy of life.Dealing with labor relations in the social enterprise has a strong referential significance in reality.Golden mean as such a culture of labor relations in the enterprise management of the specific application is in line with today＇s world development trend.Enterprises to competition in the current environment,to survival and development,to avoid possible disputes,we must combine moderation with enterprise labor relations in practice.
