摘 要:目的:对麻夷鼻炎喷雾剂中挥发性成分进行研究,为该制剂质量标准的制订提供依据。方法:利用GC-MS对挥发性成分进行分离,对分离的各个成分进行结构检索,应用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分相对百分含量。结果:共分离出34个成分,鉴定出27个成分,占挥发性成分总量的95.5%。结论:挥发性成分中主要成分为桉油精(19.85%)、龙脑(16.32%)、樟脑(12.54%)、异龙脑(8.4%)、甲基丁香酚(6.08%)、香桧烯(4.19%)。Objective:To investigate the volatile constituents in Mayi Rhinitis Spray and provide some useful information for the quality.Method: The volatile components of Mayi Rhinitis Spray were separated by GC-MS and identified by comparing the structural information given by the MS database.Area normalization method was used to calculate the relative content of each compound of the volatile components.Result: Thirty four compounds were separated,27 compounds were identified,accounting to 95.5% of the total essential components.Conclusion: The principle constituents of the volatile components were eucalyptol(19.85%),borneol(16.32%),camphor(12.54%),isoborneol(8.4%),methyl eugenol(6.08%),sabenene(4.19%).
