摘　　要：近几年,我国由专科院校升为本科院校的学校越来越多,本科教育和专科教育不论是教育层次还是教育目标都有所不同。要想使刚升为本科的院校健康持续快速发展,提高教学水平应是其中心环节。In recent years, more and more colleges were promoted to undergraduate academies in China. There are a lot of differences between college education and undergraduate academy education. Enhancing the standard of teaching level is the key point for the new undergraduate academy.
