摘 要:在构建大学高层次人力资源激励机制时,论述"和"的价值和现实功用,让中国传统智慧在应用中回归现代,让中国优秀传统文化与现代文化组织充分对接,是和谐思维方式在特定范围内的运用,是文化自觉的体现,也是管理创新的需要。简要分析了大学高层次人力资源的特性,论述了以"和"为导向构建大学高层次人力资源激励机制的必要性,从导向机制、文化机制、动力机制、约束机制四个层面阐述了以"和"为切入点,构建大学高层次人力资源激励机制的思考。University is a place where"masters"assemble,in which human resources is the most important with high-level human resources as its essential part.In high-level human resources management in university,incentive mechanism plays a fundamental,integrated and long-term role.In constructing it,the discussion of value and realistic function of"harmony",letting the Chinese traditional wisdom return to modern times in the application and making the Chinese brilliant traditional culture and modern cultural organizations fully integrated,is the usage of harmonious way of thinking in particular area,the reflection of culture,and the needs of management innovation.This paper analyses the characteristics of university high-level human resources;discusses the necessity of constructing harmony-oriented high-level human resources incentive mechanism in university;elaborates the thinking on constructing university high-level human resources incentive mechanism from guiding mechanism ,cultural mechanism,dynamic mechanism and restraint mechanism with"harmony"as the breakthrough point.
