摘 要:建立信息技术(IT)核心能力是企业获得核心竞争力的重要手段,而企业文化是塑造信息技术核心能力的路径之一。本文在研究企业文化与IT核心能力关系的基础上,考虑组织结构的调节效应以及组织特征的影响作用,选取珠三角的381家制造企业作为研究对象,采用信效度分析、相关分析、回归分析和列联表等方法进行分析。实证研究结果表明,企业可以通过建立学习导向型文化塑造IT核心能力,同时组织结构对二者关系具有明显的正向调节作用,组织规模与性质对IT核心能力具有显著的影响作用。研究结果有助于企业通过建立相应的文化塑造IT核心能力,建立企业核心竞争力,对珠三角制造企业能够更好地利用信息技术能力实现成功转型具有重要的意义,对中国制造业也有重要的借鉴意义。Establishing information technology (IT) core capability is an important means to achieve the core competitiveness of enterprise, and enterprise culture is one of the paths to shape information technology core capa- bility. Based on the research about relationship between enterprise culture and IT core capability, considering me- diating Effect of organizational structure and impacting effect of organizational characteristics. Selecting 381 manu- facturing companies of the Pearl River delta region as object of study, with methods of analysis of reliability and va- lidity analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and contingency table, etc. Empirical results show that the enterprise can shape IT core capability through building a learning-oriented culture, organizational structure has the positive and significant on the relationship of IT core capability and learning-oriented culture, scale and nature of organizational have a significant effect on IT core capability. Research results can help companies shape IT core ca- pability and establish core competitiveness by the corresponding culture, have important significance to pearl river delta manufacturing enterprises to better use information technology capabilities to achieve a successful transition, also have important reference for China's manufacturing industry.
