摘　　要：在学科馆员制度实施中,首要问题是用户对学科馆员的认同程度。文章探讨了印象管理在促进用户与学科馆员形成密切关系的可能。通过印象管理策略提高用户对学科馆员的认同度和对图书馆学科服务的忠诚度。During the practice of subject librarian, the first problem is that user＇s identity with the librarians, The article discusses the possibility of impression management in promoting a closer relationship between the users and librarians, The author argues that impression management strategies can improve the user＇s identification with subject librarians as well as the loyalty to the library services.
