摘  要:研究磁悬浮列车传感器性能,保证列车运行安全,中低速磁浮列车对悬浮状态进行实时准确的采样,是重要的技术环节,采样成功与否很大程度上依赖于传感器的状态。现有系统通过设计冗余及改进算法可保证传感器的可靠性,而在列车运行过程中如果故障不及时排除则可能影响到整个单转向架的稳定悬浮,使潜在的风险增加,对列车安全构成威胁。为了解决上述问题,提出了一种基于自适应滤波的位置传感器故障检测方法,通过对各个传感器探头间信号差值的相关性分析辨识各个探头的故障状态。经仿真实验,验证了方法可以有效地检测位置传感器故障。Real-time and exact sampling of suspension state in Middle-Low speed maglev train(LMSMT) is a basal part with great importance,which depends upon the state of sensors mostly.To ensure the dependability of the sensors,the system has been designed redundantly and the control algorithm has been improved.However,fault of the sensors cannot be detected on-line,which affects stability of the whole suspension frame and even becomes a menace in the safety of the train.This paper introduces a fault detection method of position sensors based on adaptive filter,which identifies fault state of each sensor by analyzing the relativity of the signal difference between each sensor.By analyzing the simulated signal and experimenting,it is confirmed that the proposed method can be applied in fault detection of position sensors efficiently.
