神经纤维瘤病2型的临床表现与MRI诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨神经纤维瘤病2型的临床与MRI表现及特征,以提高对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析15例经手术或活检、病理证实神经纤维瘤病2型患者的临床及MR表现及特征,分析病变的部位、大小、数目及MRI表现。结果NF-2型以双侧或单侧听神经瘤伴多发脑(脊)膜瘤最常见。2例病例同时具有NF-1型和2型特征性表现。结论MRI能很好地发现病灶,并能清晰显示其大小、形态及信号特点,MRI是诊断神经纤维瘤病2型的最佳影像学检查方法。Objective： To study the MRI features of neurofibromatosis.Methods： This study included 15 patients of neurofibromatosis type 2（NF-2）,the clinic features and MRI findings were analyzed.Results： The most common tumors occurring in NF-2 included bilateral or unilateral acoustic neurinoma accompanied with multiple meningioma.Two cases not only demonstrated the specific characteristics of NF-1,but also had the specific characteristics of NF-2.Conclusion： MR imaging has advantages of its ability to show the lesions well in the detection of central nervous system involvement of neurofibromatosis 2 for,and can display the size,morphology and signal features clearly.MRI can be considered as the first choice of study in diagnosing of neurofibromatosis.
