摘　　要：生物学野外实习要增加微生物学内容,应注意四个问题:要设法将微观世界的微生物用宏观的方法来观察;要强调微生物与其周围生态环境的关系和相互作用;要将微生物野外实习与大学生科研训练相结合;要尽量从野外实习的实际出发开展实习活动。文章另就微生物学野外实习的时间、安排、方式、内容和加强大型真菌教学人才培养等进行了探讨。Four points should be emphasized when introducing microbiology practice contents into biology fieldwork： trying to observe microscopic organisms with macroscopic methods, emphasizing the relationships and interactions between microorganisms and their environments, combining microbiology fieldwork with university students＇ research training, and conducting microbiology fieldwork with the practical fieldwork conditions in mind. Besides, the time, arrangement, method and content of microbiology fieldwork, as well as the enhancement of cultivating talent of macroscopic fungi are discussed in the article.
