摘　　要：通过查阅文献资料,采用问卷调查法,调查了解赤峰市红山区中学生课余体育活动的基本情况,包括对体育活动的兴趣、参与动机、参与时间和次数以及活动条件等.通过调查、分析,对赤峰市红山区中学生参与课余体育活动的情况有了全面、系统的了解.A literature review,questionnaire was used to investigate the bukit merah estrate Chifeng City Middle School Students understand the basic physical activity,including interest in sports,motivation,time and frequency of participation and activity conditions.Through surveys,analysis,Chifeng City students participate in extracurricular sports activities bukit merah estrate situation has a comprehensive and systematic understanding.
