摘 要:目的:通过应用多功能粘结剂和复合树脂进行不同牙体缺损的修复及扫描电镜研究为临床应用的可靠性提供理论依据。方法:对86例牙体缺损修复并进行术后两年的随访复查,同时对应用粘结剂离体牙牙本质横纵断面的表面结构及内部形态改变进行扫描电镜观察。结果:两年的随访复查疗效成功率达959%,依据病损的不同类型统计学上有不同的差异。扫描电镜可见牙本质小管呈现均匀一致厚度约为1022μm的凝固带。结论:多功能粘结剂和复合树脂是修复牙体缺损的理想材料。Objective:To observe the effect of teeth restoration with multi purpose adhesion and composite.Method:Thirty six patients was included in this study.The impaired teeth were restored with adhesion and composite.Two year follow up observation was performed in all patients.The vitro the teeth were treated in the same way and examined with scanning EM.Result:Two year follow up showed that success rate was 95 9%.There was significant difference between the different type diseases,ther are remarkable difference in statistir.The dentine tube could be seen asa soliditying belt whose thickness is 102.2 μm.Conclusion:Multi purpose adhension and light cured composite are ideal material for restoring the teeh.
