摘 要:目的:优化分析测定条件,建立水中典型臭味物质土臭素(GSM)和二甲基异莰醇(MIB)的吹扫捕集-气相色谱/质谱(PT-GC/MS)方法并应用于实际水样检测。方法:含GSM和MIB的水样过滤后加入氯化钠、吹扫捕集、气相色谱分离、质谱定性与外标法定量;并验证方法的准确度与精密度。结果:两物质在5 ng/L~500 ng/L浓度范围内,方法检出限分别为1.12 ng/L和0.79 ng/L,相关系数r均为0.9999;水库水在20 ng/L、100 ng/L和500 ng/L加标浓度下,回收率83%~118%,RSD1.6%~8.0%。结论:该方法的准确度和精密度均符合要求,满足国标生活饮用水中的GSM和MIB的卫生标准检测要求,且用于实际水样的检测效果良好。Objective:The method for determination of the typical odorous compounds geosmin(GSM) and 2-methylisoborneol(MIB) was established,which was applied to the analysis of environmental water samples.Methods: Samples were purged and trapped,then which were separated and determined by gas chromatography mass spectrometry.Results: The calibration curves were linear in the range of 5 ng/L~500 ng/L,with a correlation coefficient at 0.9999.The limits of detection(LOD) were 1.12 ng/L for GSM and 0.79 ng/L for MIB.Recoveries were 83%~118% and RSD 1.6%~8.0%,and the matrix-spiked water was from a reservior source.Conclusion: This method is accurate,simple and high sensitivity;which fits for the determination of GSM and 2-MIB in the "standards for drinking water quality" and which was applied to the analysis of environmental water samples successfully.
