摘　　要：探究中国本土晚期癌症患者生命意义的内容,了解患者生命意义的来源及影响因素,根据研究结果,提出具体建议,以作为医护人员及临终关怀工作者、社工人员的参考。利用深度访谈法,对26例确诊为晚期癌症的患者进行访谈。访谈内容为生命意义的主要五个方面,包括生命意义、生存理由、生活目标、受苦意义及死亡观点。The purposes of the study are to explore the local Chinese cancer patients＇ meaning of life as well as its effecting factors. Based the findings and put forward specific proposals to serve as health care workers and hospice workers, social workers for reference. The in--depth interview was conducted with 26 eligible advanced cancer patients. Contents of interview include five aspects, which are the meaning of life, the reasons to live, the goal of life, the meaning of suffering, and the meaning of death. The discussion on the meaning of life is indicated respectively, in the meaning of life, the reasons to live, the goal of life, the meaning of suffering, and the meaning of death aspects.
