摘　　要：面对盐业体制改革,制盐企业要快速实现发展壮大,抢占市场制高点,这必须依靠人才资源做为强力支撑,这是关系到企业生存与发展的战略性问题。本文结合制盐企业的人力资源现状,寻求对传统人才管理理念与模式的突破,探讨如何合理有效地开发和管理企业人力资源。Being faced with salt system reform,salt making enterprises must depend on human resources as a strong support to realize development and growth and to seize the commanding height in the market,which is the strategic issue related to the survival and development of the enterprises.This paper seeks breakthrough of the ideas and mode of traditional human resources connecting with the status quo of human resources of salt making enterprises.
