摘　　要：多数英语缩略语是由单词的首字母或前几个字母构成的,其翻译方法一般也较简单。然而,有些科技英语缩略语的构成和译法却比较另类,掌握这些缩略语的构成与译法对英语的学习既有用处又有趣味。Most English abbreviations are formed from the first letters or front letters of English words.The ways of their translation are relatively easy.However,some sort of alien construction and translation of scientific / technical English abbreviations are well worth notice.To familiarize this phenomenon is of use and interest in learning modern English.
