摘　　要：本文通过对个人知识管理的释义及分析,阐述了知识信息社会大学生实施个人知识管理的意义及高校图书馆对大学生个人知识管理的作用,并提出高校图书馆如何提高学生个人知识管理能力的相应措施。This article analyzed the meaning of personal knowledge management,elaborated the significance of the university students implement PKM in the knowledge and information society and the function of university library to the university students PKM.And proposed the corresponding measures of how the university library does sharpen the student personal knowledge managemet ability.
