摘　　要：以对静电感应晶体管（ＳＩＴ）的直流参数的研究为基础，详细研究了与ＳＩＴ高频性能有关的参数的控制与调节。在高频状态下，器件引线寄生电感的影响变得严重，使得对器件的封装有了新的要求，本文对这一问题也进行了探讨。In this article,based on the investigation of SITs DC parameters,the controlling and adjustment of the parameters related to SITs high frequency is discussed in detail.In the state of high frequency,the influence of parasitic inductance of devices lead cant be neglected any more,so new demand for devices package is raised.The problem is also discussed in this article.
