论农民工和谐人格的构建

摘　　要：农民工和谐人格是指农民工二元人格中传统人格与现代人格、农民型人格与市民型人格等不同人格特质从对立走向整合的人格类型。社会的和谐发展与人的和谐发展是一个不可分割的统一整体。构建和谐社会,需要国民和谐人格来支撑,需要农民工由二元人格向和谐人格的转型。农民工和谐人格是农民工人格现实性和超越性的统一。科学和人文精神教育是农民工和谐人格构建的基石,农民工市民化和农业产业化是农民工和谐人格构建的有效途径。Migrant workers＇harmonious personality is the one that is the unity of opposites between traditional and modern personality,farmers and townspeople personality in migrant workers＇ dual personality.Harmonious personality and society depend on each other for existence.Migrant workers＇harmonious personality is the unity of reality and transcendence.The scientific and humanistic education is foundation for constructing harmonious personality.Migrant workers are becoming urban resident and agricultural industrialization which are two effective routes for constructing their harmonious personality.
