摘　　要：主要介绍了板栗壳棕色素的提取方法、特点及其性质,并对板栗壳提取色素、制备栲胶和活性炭以及重金属废水处理剂等综合利用方法进行了展望。This paper introduced the extracting methods of brown pigment from chestnut shells and the pigment characteristics. The comprehensive utilization of chestnut pigment extraction, preparation of tannin and activated carbon, and heavy metal wastewater treatment agent was also discussed.
