摘  要:目的分析比较不同采集方法制备的干姜中的挥发性成分。方法分别采用水蒸气蒸馏法和顶空加热提取挥发性成分的方法,对其进行GC-MS分析。结果两种提取方法无论在成分还是其相对含量均存在一定的差异,采用水蒸气蒸馏法可鉴定出28种挥发性化学成分;采用顶空进样技术,可鉴定出26种挥发性化学成分;共有成分为18种。结论两种样品采集方法,分别提供了干姜不同沸点的挥发物的化学信息;运用这两种方法可以建立更全面的干姜挥发性成分GC-MS表征体系。Objective To compare the difference of volatile components in Rhizoma Zingiberis treated with different sample preparation methods.Methods Volatile components from Rhizoma Zingiberis were extracted by steam distillation(SD) and headspace injection(HS) respectively and then analyzed by GC-MS.Results There was a certain difference between the volatile compounds extracted by the above two methods;28 volatile chemical compounds were identified in volatile oil which obtained by SD;whereas 26 volatile components were identified in the herb treated with HS;among the detected compounds in the samples treated with different method,there were mutual compounds with different relative contents.Conclusion The above two methods combined with GC-MS can be used for the analysis of volatile compounds in Rhizoma Zingiberis and thus be feasible to establish GC-MS representation system for it.
