复方酸枣仁油栀子油对小鼠学习记忆的影响

摘　　要：目的观察酸枣仁油、栀子油组成的复方酸枣仁油栀子油促进学习记忆作用和二药的相互作用。方法采用避暗、跳台、水迷宫实验,分别利用东莨菪碱、环己酰亚胺、亚硝酸钠4、.282 mol/L乙醇造成小鼠的记忆获得、巩固、再现障碍,观察复方酸枣仁油栀子油对正常及记忆障碍小鼠的学习记忆作用。结果对正常和记忆损伤小鼠,复方酸枣仁油栀子油、酸枣仁油、栀子油能缩短训练时入室潜伏期、减少入室错误次数;能延长训练后入室潜伏期、减少入室错误次数,减少跳台错误次数;也能缩短水迷宫实验小鼠的登台潜伏期,增加其穿越次数,复方中剂量缩短小鼠登台潜伏期较酸枣仁油、栀子油作用强。结论复方酸枣仁油栀子油、酸枣仁油、栀子油具有促进学习记忆作用;复方中酸枣仁油、栀子油起协同作用。Objective To observe the effects of compound jujube seed oil and gardenia oil in improving learning and memory in mice as well as the interaction between jujube seed oil and gardenia oil.Methods Scopolamine,cycloheximide,sodium nitrite and ethanol were utilized to study the acquisition,consolidation and retrieval processes of memory in mice by the step-through test,step-down test and Morris water maze test,and to observe the effects of jujube seed oil and gardenia oil compound on learning and memory in mice.Results In normal mice and memory-damaged mice,the jujube seed oil,gardenia oil and their compound all could shorten delitescence of training,reduce error number times of training errors,extend delitescence of post-training by the step-through test,reduce error number of post-training by the step-through and step-down tests,shorten the delitescence of upper platform and increase passing-through number by Morris water maze test.The compound shortened the delitescence of upper platform better than either of the two oils.Conclusion The compound jujube seed oil and gardenia oil can promote learning and memory in mice,and the two oils in combination show an obvious synergistic effect.
