摘　　要：目的:探讨Mcm7和hRad17在结肠癌组织中表达的意义及其相互关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法分析60例结肠癌和28例癌旁组织中Mcm7及hRad17的表达情况。结果:Mcm7在结肠癌中高表达,阳性率为76.67%,显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),Rad17在结肠癌组织中同样为高表达,阳性率为71.67%,显著高于癌旁组织中17.86%,Mcm7与hRad17在结直肠癌中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:Mcm7与hRad17之间具有相关性,共同参与结肠癌的发生和发展。Objective：To detect the freguency of Mcm7 and hRad17 in colon cancer and to evaluate their relationship.Methods：Immunohistochemisca（lIHC）technique（SP method）was used to examine the expression of Mcm7 and hRad17 in 60 cases colon carcinoma and 28 cases adjacent normal tissues.Results：The posive rate of Mcm7 in colon carcinoma tissues was 76.67%,but in adjacent normal tissues was 0（0/28）.The positive labeling indexes of hRad17（71.67%）was notbly higher than that in adjucent normal tissues（17.86%）.At the same time,the posive corralation wasexisted between the expression of Mcm7 and hRad17＇s in colon carcinoma.Conclusion：The interraction between Mcm7 and hRad17 plays an important role in carcinogenesis and progression of colon carcinoma.
