摘　　要：学生的教育管理是影响高等学校办学质量的重要因素。新的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》标志着我国高校学生管理制度建设步入一个新的历史阶段。坚持贯彻新《规定》的精神对于当前高校学生工作具有深远的指导意义。Student education management is an important factor that affects university education quality. The new Provisions on the Administration of University Students mark a new historical stage of student management system of Chinesc university. Carrying out the new Provisions on the Administration of University Students has guiding significance for present university student work.
