摘 要:在中国当代社会人际交往结构从差序格局向团体格局过渡的背景下,仁爱作为产生并适应于差序格局人际交往结构的道德教育核心价值逐渐失去了合理性与正当性。适应于团体格局人际交往结构的正义逐渐取代仁爱成为中国当代道德教育的核心价值,这是由于正义具有以下三项功能所致:调整同质性的人际关系、平衡道德权利与道德义务之间的关系以及表征中国当代道德教育的主导境界。Under the background of the change of China's interpersonal communication structure from the pattern of differential sequence to that of group, benevolence, as the core value of moral education that is formed for the pattern of differential sequence in interpersonal communication, gradually lacks rationality and justness. Justice for the group pattern of interpersonal communication gradually replaces benevolence and becomes the core value of Chinese contemporary moral education, which results from the following three functions of justice: adjusting interpersonal association of homogeneity, balancing the relation between moral rights and moral duty and representing the leading ambit of contemporary moral education.
