新课程改革下中学体育教师能力的培养

摘　　要：新课程标准的颁布对中学体育教师提出了全新的要求,同时也为其带来了前所未有的机遇和充分施展才华的舞台。体育教师必须根据体育课程改革的需要及新课程标准的要求相应地培养并提高自身的能力。本文在阐述新课程标准概要和对中学体育教师的一些能力要求的前提下,着重讨论新课程改革下中学体育教师能力的培养。中学体育教师在完成体育教学任务的同时,应更注重学生的健康发展,发挥体育健身与育人的功能和价值。New course of standard put forward the new requirement to physical education teachers of middle school.It was the sports teacher that brought the unprecedented opportunity and stage that fully displayed one＇s talent at the same time.In this paper,I described the new curriculum standards and a number of high school physical education teacher competency requirements and the third part focused on the new curriculum reform of the few high school physical education teachers in capacity-building.Sports teacher could finish the teaching task of the sports,pay more attention to the healthy development of students,could effective full play build up body and educate people＇s function and value.
