摘  要:以石油醚为溶剂,通过正交试验确定青藏高原油菜蜂花粉中的脂肪油最佳提取条件为:浸提时间为12 h,花粉重量与溶剂体积的比值为1∶10(g/mL),花粉粒度为大于40目。提取的脂肪油含量进行对比,结果表明:破壁花粉中脂肪油的含量高于未破壁花粉。提取的花粉油进行甲酯化处理,利用气相色谱法分析,油菜蜂花粉脂肪油的主要成分为:亚麻酸、油酸、棕榈酸、亚油酸、芥酸等,破壁花粉油中不饱和脂肪酸的含量要比未破壁花粉油中的不饱和脂肪酸的含量高。The optimum extraction conditions of fatty acids in rape bee pollen of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was determined by orthogonal experiments with petroleum ether solvent: extraction time was 12 h,the ratio of the pollen weight and solvent volume was 1∶10(g/mL),the grain size of pollen was greater than 40 mesh.Comparing the content of fatty oil extracted,the result showed that the content of the wall-broken pollen fatty oil is higher than that of the wall-unbroken pollen fatty oil.The pollen oils extracted were methylated,analyzed by GC-MS,are the chief components of Rape bee pollen fatty oils were linolenic acid,oleic acid,Hexadecanoic acid,linoleic acid,erucic acid,etc.,the unsaturated fatty acids content of the wall-broken pollen oil is higher than that of the wall-unbroken pollen oil.
