大学新生时间管理倾向与闲暇活动的关系研究

摘　　要：时间管理倾向对个体的行为起着重要的作用。在利用青少年时间管理倾向量表和闲暇活动特点问卷对200余名大学新生进行调查的基础上,深入分析大学新生时间管理倾向和闲暇活动的特点,结果显示:大学新生的时间管理倾向水平尚可,主要在时间价值感上存在显著的性别差异;时间管理倾向容易影响到大学生闲暇活动的积极性;大学生时间管理水平与闲暇活动特点的积极性方面成正相关。The disposition of time management plays a very important role in the decision of individual behavior.We made a questionnaire among 200 freshmen with the youth time management disposition scale and characteristic of leisure activity.The result shows：The time management disposition of freshmen is good;the significant difference of sex lies in the time sense,the positivity of freshmen’s leisure activity is easily affected by the time management disposition,and there is a positive correlation between the levels of time management and the positivity for characteristic of leisure activity.
