应用型大学“双师型”教师队伍建设问题研究

摘　　要：应用型大学"双师型"教师队伍建设是关系到应用型人才培养目标能否实现的关键。以应用型大学"双师型"教师的内涵为切入点,分析了"双师型"教师队伍建设中存在的问题,对"双师型"教师的培养途径、资格认定、考核和激励机制等问题进行了阐述。The construction of dual-quality type of teachers in application-oriented university is essential to the cultivation of applied talents.Based on the connotation of dual-quality type of teachers,the problems in faculty construction were analyzed,and illustrations were made on cultivation,qualification confirmation and testing,and incentive mechanism of the dual-quality teachers.
