摘　　要：技术批判是对技术异化的反思,技术批判的实质是对技术手段片面发展的批判,而不是对技术的简单否定。它要求人们认清现代技术手段的双重作用,克服技术的消极后果,发挥技术的积极作用。技术批判引起了社会发展观的范式革命,科学发展观正是在其基础上形成和发展起来的,它的最终目的是真正实现人与自然、人与人之间关系的双重和谐。The technical critique is to the technical disassimilation resonsideration,the technical critique essence is to the technological means one-sided development critique,but is not to the technical simple denial.It requests the people to clearly recognize that the modern technology method the dual function,overcome technical the negative consequence,the display technology positive role.The technical critique has caused the social development concept model revolution,the scientific development concept is precisely forms in its foundation and develops,its final goal realizes the dual harmonies which truly between the human and the nature,the human and the human relate.
