摘  要:[目的]优选茶咖啡因提取方法。[方法]采用真空旋转蒸干仪替代传统的溶剂回收和焙炒方法,并以提取咖啡因产量和流程所需时间为指标,考察了2种方法的优劣。[结果]体积分数为95%乙醇提取的茶咖啡因粗提液,55℃旋蒸10min,再将温度上升至85℃旋蒸10min可得咖啡因粗提粉末。[结论]改进方法操作简单,可在保证提取率的情况下,大大节省工作时间。[Objective] The extract method of the caffeine from tea was preferred.[Method] The traditional method was replaced by the dryness instrument of vacuum rotary evaporation in solvent recovery and roasted method,and the two-method was compared through the investigation of the output of caffeine and consuming time,which was thought as the indicator in the process of its extract.[Results] The crude caffeine powder could be recovered from the crude extract of the caffeine from tea with 95% volume under the operation process:the rotary steam was for 10 minutes in the temperature of 55 ℃ and then the temperature was raised to 85 ℃ for another 10 minutes' rotary steam.[Conclusion] The improved method was simple,which guaranteed low time-consuming in the case of certain extraction rate.
