摘　　要：绩效考核是绩效管理的关键环节,绩效考核的成功与否直接影响到整个绩效管理过程的有效性。只有设置合理的绩效考核指标以及全面的考核体系,并将其贯彻实施,才能确保绩效考核的实效性,否则无论绩效考核体系设计得多么的完美,如果不付诸实践,只不过是纸上谈兵。The performance appraisal is the key to performance management, performance appraisal of the success or failure directly affects the effectiveness of the entire performance management process.Only by setting a reasonable performance index and a comprehensive assessment system and its implementation, to ensure effectiveness of performance appraisal, performance appraisal system no matter how perfectly designed, if not put into practice only on paper.
