摘  要:哈医大二院内科教研室积极进行新教师检体再培训,规定其总体时间为3个月,分为自主学习及责任导师指导相结合、标准化病人协助培训、严格的考试及反馈3种形式。实践证明,强制性的培训及考核是非常必要和可行的,对青年教师的成长,奠定了良好的基础。Department of Internal Medicine of Second Affiliated Clinical Hospital of Harbin Medical University has actively performed the physical-examination retraining on new teachers with total time of 3 months.This process combines autonomous learning and guidance of tutor,including three forms of training of standardized patients' assistance,strict examination as well as feedback.Our practice has proved that compulsory training and tests are quite necessary and feasible,which has laid a great foundation for growth of young teachers.
