家庭环境对中小学生体育锻炼习惯的影响

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法就家庭环境对中小学生体育锻炼兴趣、动机、态度和行为等因素的影响进行调查分析。结果显示:父母对体育锻炼重要性的认知、对学生体育锻炼的支持和参与程度、家庭生活习惯以及家庭居住地等家庭环境对学生体育锻炼习惯形成的影响是多方面的、动态的,并就如何促进学生形成良好的体育锻炼习惯提出建议。Such methods as literature review,investigation,and statistical analysis are applied in this paper to research the influence of home environment upon the physical exercise of elementary and secondary students in terms of interest,motive,attitude and behavior.The findings are as follows：the factors shaping the habit of physical exercise are legion and dynamic：parents＇ cognition of the importance of physical exercise,parents＇ support of and participation in physical exercise,home living habit and their residential milieu.Besides,this paper puts forward some suggestions as to how to cause students to fall into good habits of physical exercise.
