摘　　要：罗尔斯顿的自然价值理论以整体性的思维模式超越了人类中心主义理论,他的自然价值理论不仅丰富了自然价值的内涵,而且提供了全新的思维方式,即让人类的思维方式从主客二分式转向了整体式,从功利型转向了互利型.他的自然价值理论还实现了从"以人为尺度"到"以物为尺度"的转向,这体现了伦理学范式的转型.Rolston＇s theory of natural value transcends the theory of anthropocentrism in a holistic mode of thinking. It not only enriches the connotation of natural value, but also provides an entirely new way of thinking, which means it shifts human way of thinking from subject-object dichotomy to holistic way and from utilitarian way to mutually beneficial way. The shift from ＂human as the criterion＂ to ＂nature as the criterion＂ is also realized in his theory of natural value and this reflects transformation in the paradigm of ethics.
