摘　　要：文章基于对我国企业的实践调查,借助于结构方程模型,通过实证性研究,揭示了信息化建设对知识转化激励的微观机理,发现了激励路径的优势及不足之处。Based on the business practices survey, structural equation model and empirical researeh, this paper reveals the incentive micro - mechanism of information construction for knowledge transition, and finds the advantage and disadvantage of ineentive path.
