人性观及个人特质对心理咨询和治疗的影响

摘　　要：心理咨询和治疗领域,咨询师所持人性观影响其对心理学研究的偏好、对治疗理论和流派的选择及心理学理论的建构。笔者着重论述了人性观对四大主要心理咨询和治疗理论的影响及个人特质在咨询和治疗中的作用。认为心理学各流派日趋统合对人性观的认识也需要科学认识和选择,并需要咨询师在其个人特质下,建构属于自己特色的心理咨询和治疗方法。The field of psychological counseling and treatment,consulting teacher held view of human nature affect their preferences for psychological research on the therapy theories and schools of choice and the construction of psychological theory.This paper focuses on human nature of the four major theories of psychological counseling and treatment effects and individual characteristics in the consultation and treatment effect.I believe that the various schools of psychology,the growing integration of human nature also need to understand the concept of scientific understanding and choices.And the need to consult the division in their personal qualities,the construction of their own characteristics,psychological counseling and treatment.
