摘　　要：为适应我国经济社会迅猛发展对人才知识结构需求的变化,高等院校对研究生教育结构进行了转型调整。在分析生物医学工程学科特点和专业学位硕士研究生培养定位的基础上,提出适应医疗卫生信息化建设需求的医学信息学方向的生物医学工程专业学位硕士研究生联合培养模式及具体实施方案。In order to meet the rapid changes of economy society and adapt to the social development in China, graduates education structure in colleges and universities is transformed and adjusted. Based on analyzing the characteristics of biomedical engineering science and professional degree graduates＇ cultivating orientation, the paper puts forward a collaborative culture modes, which is suitable for the professional degree graduates who major in medical informatics branch of biomedical engineering and adapt to the requirement of medical and health informatization construction. The concrete implementation plan is also carried out.
