榨季糖浆气浮法中使用新澄清剂的探讨

摘　　要：通过室内试验，选出了固体澄清剂C为粗糖浆气浮法价廉而有效的澄清剂，生产上应用的查定结果显示：其脱色率为18．03％，除浊率平均为72．51％，与沿用的澄清剂效果相当。使用澄清剂C，可使澄清剂成本降低约40％。By researching in laboratory a cheap and effect ive solid clarificant C is chosen for syrup floatation clarificaton. The investigation of full scale production shows that this solid clarificant C may remove 18. 03% colour and 72. 51% turbidity of the syrup. Comparing with the original claificant, this new one may decrease the cost about 40%.
