摘 要:探讨了汽车双离合器自动变速器的起步控制技术,以提高汽车起步品质和减小起步离合器片的磨损为原则,提出了基于发动机局部恒转速和起步时采用两个离合器同时参与起步过程并最终只用Ⅰ挡完成起步的起步控制策略,建立了以驾驶员意图和车辆载荷为输入的两离合器接合程度模糊控制器,设计出驾驶员意图、离合器主从动盘的转速差和发动机实际转速与目标转速的差值为输入的离合器接合速度模糊控制器,控制两个离合器分离、接合的时刻与速度。通过对DCT的起步过程仿真分析,并与机械自动变速器AMT的单离合器起步的结果进行了对比。结果表明,采用所设计的起步控制策略能够有效地提高汽车的起步品质。The starting control technics of the dual clutch transimission(DCT) is discussed.To improve the vehicle startup quality and reduce the starting clutch wear,the starting control strategy that both the dual clutch engaged in the starting process simultaneously with engine constant speed in part process are proposed,the intention of the driver and as the fuzzy controller input for two clutches engaging intensity is established,Taking the intention of the driver,the speed difference between the engine and the clutches,and the difference between the actual and target engine speeds as inputs,a fuzzy controller is designed to control the separating or engaging speed and time of two clutches.Set up the simulation model for the starting process and analyze the performance of the vehicle with DCT and AMT.The simulation results indicate that the adopted starting control strategy can improve the startup quality of vehicle effectively.
