摘  要:浮动盘式摆线二次包络行星传动具有双线接触现象,有利于提高承载能力、改善润滑特性和提高传动精度。在简要介绍该新型传动结构组成和传动原理的基础上,试制了物理样机,并利用数显自准直仪、多面棱体、光栅等仪器分别对试制的浮动盘式摆线二次包络行星传动的物理样机进行了传动误差、回差、扭转刚度的实验测量,并对实验数据进行分析和处理,实验结果表明浮动盘式摆线二次包络行星传动装置具有较高的传动精度和扭转刚度、较低的回差。The double-line contacting phenomenon in double-enveloping cycloid planetary transmission with floating plate is favorable to improve the load capacity,the lubricating property and the transmission precision.Based on a brief introduction of the structure and transmission principle of this new transmission form,the physical prototype is trial-produced.The experiment on the physical prototype of double-enveloping cycloid planetary transmission with floating plate are conducted by using the digital auto-collimator,the polygon and the grating.The experiments include measurement of transmission error,backlash and torsional stiffness.Then the experiment data are analyzed and processed.The experiment result shows that the double-enveloping cycloid planetary transmission with floating plate device has the higher transmission precision and higher torsional stiffness,but lower backlash.
