摘  要:为了精简自动焊接机器人系统,使系统各部件更紧凑,机器人更适用于现场作业,将PC104应用在焊接机器人中。介绍了PC104的特点,即体积小、功耗小、堆栈式连接、扩展方便等。以该PC104为主板,采用数据采集卡PCM-3718H和数据输出卡PCM-3712-A,使用Windows操作系统,用VC++编写主控制软件,采用模块化、标准化设计,实现了对弯曲焊缝和直线焊缝的自动焊接。In order to simplify the system of welding robot and make every parts of the system more compact,so that the welding robot could adapted to field work,PC104 was applicated in welding robot.This article described the characteristics of PC104,that is small,low power consumption,stack-type connection,easy expansion etc.PCM-3370F was the motherboard of PC104,and PCM-3718H and PCM-3712-A were used to collect data and output data.In addition,Windows operating system was used in the PC104,the main cotrol software was designed by modular and standardized methods and VC++ programme was used.The welding robot could track both bending weld and straight weld.
