摘  要:利用CCD成像的特点,通过分析CCD成像过程中亮度与数字图像灰度之间的关系,提出了CCD成像型亮度计的设计方法。使用积分球作为标准亮度光源,对CCD拍摄得到的数字图像中像素灰度值与实际亮度之间的关系进行标定,得到图像像素灰度与测量点亮度之间的对应关系,保证亮度测量的准确性。通过对不同曝光时间下亮度分布的测量,拓展CCD成像型亮度计的测量范围。同时为了保证不同曝光时间下亮度的测量精度,将不同曝光时间下的图像灰度结果与积分球产生的标准亮度进行对比,实现成像型亮度计的非线性校正。利用光度特征匹配方法,保证光度计的相对光谱灵敏度与标准光度观察者的光谱光效率接近,减小测量误差。根据CCD成像型亮度计的标定和测量原理,使用Visual C++编制相应的软件,并进行了标定和测量试验来验证CCD成像型亮度计的测量方法,取得了较好的效果。Based on the imaging property of CCD, a method for design of CCD Imaging Luminance Meter (ILM) was proposed by analyzing the relationship between the gray-level of the image pixel and the luminance of the measurement point. Using an integration sphere system as the standard luminance source, the relationship between the gray-level of image pixel and the actual luminance was calibrated to ensure the corresponding relation between the image pixel and measurement point, which confirmed the measurement accuracy of the CCD imaging luminance meter. By measuring the luminance level under different exposure time, the measurement range of the CCD ILM was extended. To ensure the measurement accuracy under different CCD exposure time, the image gray-level was compared with the standard luminance produced by the integration sphere system to realize nonlinear correction of the CCD ILM. According to the analysis of photometric feature matching, the relative spectral sensitivity of the CCD ILM was close to the relative spectral sensitivity of the observer, which could decrease the measurement error. The software was programmed in Visual C++. The calibration and measurement experiment was carried out to test the CCD ILM measurement method, and a good result was obtained .
