摘 要:选取288只42周龄健康农大三号商品蛋鸡,随机分为6个组,每组设4个重复,在基础日粮中以亚硒酸钠的形式添加硒0.3 mg/kg;其余各组以纳米硒的形式分别添加硒0.3、0.5、2.5、5.01、0.0 mg/kg。试验期为60 d。结果显示:试验至30 d,添加0.5~10.0 mg/kg纳米硒能显著提高肝脏硒的含量,添加纳米硒能显著提高T-AOC活性(P〈0.05),极显著提高T-SOD活性(P〈0.01)。试验至60 d,添加2.5~10.0 mg/kg纳米硒能极显著提高GSH-Px活性,添加0.5~10 mg/kg极显著降低NO含量(P〈0.01)。结果表明,日粮中添加高水平的纳米硒能提高蛋鸡肝脏的抗氧化能力。Two hundred and eighty eight 42-weeks-old healthy Nongda 3 hens were randomly divided into six groups of 48 each.The hens in the control groups were fed the diet adding selenium 0.3 mg/kg as Na2SeO3.The hens in the other groups were fed the diet adding selenium 0.3,0.5,2.5,5.0 and 10 mg/kg as nano-selenium,respectively.The experiment lasted for 60 days.The results showed that,at 30 day,the liver selenium content was higher in the 0.5-10 mg/kg nano-selenium groups than in the other groups.The liver T-AOC and T-SOD activities were higher in all nano-selenium groups than in the control groups(P0.05,P0.01).At 60 day,The liver GSH-Px activities was higher in the2.5-10 mg/kg nano-selenium groups than other groups(P0.01).The liver NO content in 0.5-10 mg/kg nano-selenium groups were lower than other groups(P0.01).To sum up,the high level nano-selenium in ration can increase antioxidant abilities in hen .
