摘　　要：针对我国高校毕业生历年毕业人数和就业率的数据的变化特点,采用回归模型和灰色GM(1,1)模型进行数学建模,进而实现就业形势的预测,并且利用残差及残差绝对值平均值对模型的质量进行了分析评估.This paper uses regression model and gray GM（1,1） model to construct the mathematical model,based on the number of college graduates in our country and the employment rate of graduates in the changes of data.So we can achieve the forecast about employment situation.Furthermore we use the average absolute value of residuals to analyze and evaluate the quality of the model.
