摘　　要：本文通过运用绩效评价理论,提出要以简约有效的系统思想为指导,有针对性地设计高校教师绩效评价指标体系,综合运用评价指标的功能,力求建立有效的高校教师绩效评价体系。By using the performance evaluation theory, the paper points out that we should be guided by the simple and effective systematic thinking and design the college teachers＇ performance evaluation index system targeted and comprehensively uses evaluation index＇s function in order to establish and effective performance evaluation system of college teachers.
