摘 要:对K112、R104等8个籽粒苋品种分不同时期进行了鲜茎叶蛋白质含量分析和叶蛋白提取试验研究。结果表明,籽粒苋属于高蛋白质含量作物,全生育期叶蛋白质含量平均达28.76%(干重比),采穗后茎叶平均蛋白质含量仍可达11.15%,其最佳利用时期(鲜喂)为现蕾期至开花期,其中R104、R1011、K574蛋白质含量较高。籽粒苋叶蛋白提取量现蕾期至开花期达最高,不同品种间差异极显著,K112、R104、R1011为最优。综合分析8个品种叶蛋白提取得率和提取效率,认为叶蛋白提取原料最佳收获期为现蕾期,最佳品种排序为K112、R104、R1011、K574、K459、D88-1、R158、K409。The analysis of the protein content in the green stem and leaf, and the experiment on the leaf protein extraction of eight Grain amaranth species such as K112, R104 and so on in different physiological phases were conducted. The results show that Grain amaranth is a crop with high protein content, and the leaf protein content during its life span is 28.76% (dry specific gravity) in average, and 11.15% after tassel harvest. The best stage for utilization is from budding till flowering, during which, R104, R1011 and K574 contain more protein; and this is the optmum stage for leaf protein extraction. There are notable differences among species in which the K112, R104 and R1011 are proved to be the best. After comprehensive analysis of the vate and efficiency of extraction of the eight species in the study, it has been concluded that the best stage for leaf protein extraction is the budding stage and the best species sorted for it are K112, R104, R1011, K574, K459, D88-1, R158 and K409 in order.
