摘  要:鉴定了“中国春”小麦及有关染色体缺体-四体系、中国地方小麦品种“白火麦”及国内外400多份品种(系)的Waxy蛋白亚基类型,并从中筛选出43份不同的Waxy蛋白亚基缺失类型材料,特别是筛选出3份Wx-D1亚基缺失类型材料;分析了二倍体小麦、四倍体小麦和原始六倍体小麦(西藏小麦)的Waxy蛋白带型,进一步明确了在小麦的进化过程中,染色体4AL上的片段曾与7BS发生过相互易位,使原来在7BS上的荷载有Wx-B1基因的片段易位到4AL上;初步探讨了PCR技术在小麦Wx基因鉴定中的应用和Waxy蛋白亚基缺失类型的遗传机理。The types of sub-units of waxy protein in wheat including Chinese Spring (CS), nulli-tetrasomic lines of CS, Chinese Local variety-Baihuo and more than 400 wheat Varieties or lines collected from various countries were identified,43 varieties (or lines ) were the types with one or two sub-units of waxy protein, 3 varieties were the types with null Wx-D1 subunits of waxy protein. The types of subunits of waxy protein of einkorn, emmer and Tibeten wheat were analyzed, and a translocation between 4AL and 7BS chromosome might occur in process of evolution from diploid to hexaploid wheat were verified. The fragment with Wx-B1 gene encoded Wx-B1 protein of 7BS, was translated to 4AL. PCR methods were used for identifying the Wx genes as well as the inheritance of waxy protein were studied.
